Verpflegung mit traditioneller Hausmannskost und nach alten Rezepten
In the mornings, we treat our guests with an extensive breakfast buffet.
Bread roll service: We are pleased to bring fresh bread rolls straight to your apartment door every morning.
As culmination of the day, enjoy our 3-course-dinner or choose à la carte at Landhaus Heimat.
We avoid products from factory farming and prefer happy, free-range chicken's eggs and milk given by our neighbor's cows. We take care on meat and sausage being made in Austria and not imported. Many of our products we purchase at a small butchery in Schladming. Our bread is partly home-made, preferably of spelt. Products from the surroundings are a sound nature's power sources.
We treat you with good traditional fare, made according to our granny's old recipes. Apart from hearty food we also serve lighter and meat-free dishes to our vegetarian friends. All food and dishes are fresh cooked resp. caught, like for instance Ramsauer mountain trouts. Not only our plates are large, so are the servings.
We exclusively cook for our accommodation's guests.
